how do you rig your character?
I rarely do it. I often use free mmd bases online. Then I rigify them using uunya’s mmd append addon.
I do rig things using the weight paint mode, but it’s rarer.
… And in that case the whole character is free to download as it comes from a game. Just did a birthday pic :3
My genuine human critique would be that lips are usually not skin colored. Although maybe that is just the right choice for whatever style you’re going for.
I never color the lips. It’s strange in an anime artstyle, since I go for anime model, but with blender cycle realism
