AI is dangerous AF and is truely at fault here, but I can’t even say that they wouldn’t have fucked it up without AI. That’s an impressive stack of stupid.

It just keeps happening! And it’s hilarious every time.
There’s plenty of blame to go around. One of the biggest annoyances of AI for me is the number of tools that won’t let me create a read-only token.
Luckily my scm does let me do that so I can tell my LLM to do various reports and analyses without risking losing anything

Nah, backups are for nerds who screw things up, like unit tests.
Remember to make sure its on a format that will last, like M-Disc or Tape, and preferably have multiple copies in multiple locations!
