How many fully stacked devs does it take do scrum her to the altar?
How many fully stacked devs does it take do scrum her to the altar?
What?
Seems heavily country v dependent then.
But there def is regulation (even candles at different distances) & technically a car isn’t road worthy if its blinding oncoming traffic.
I haven’t seen it much enforced by the cops, just by the mandatory scheduled road-worthiness checkups.
Also, how tf is automatic headlight leveling not standard equipment? It has been on the market for like 20 years now (& I think we need it bcs of people, not bcs that lil 1-5 scroll switch of the olden days wasn’t sufficient … do people not see their own lights shining in peoples faces?).
However I do wish cops would regularly stop & fine people (foreigners :)) with misaligned headlights (the needed equipment is ez & smol, tho level ground is needed) … or those fuckers cruising with fog lights “bcs it looks sporty” or whatever.
Oh boy, once the sales soar they gonna be collecting raw materials like that (soon-to-be-very) successful food company:
Tech =/= megacorps
That’s like saying food doesn’t make the world better where you mean food industry megacorps producing hunger & poverty.
The Big Merino is a 15.2 metres (50 ft) tall concrete statue of a merino ram located in Goulburn, New South Wales, Australia. It is the tallest statue in Australia and Oceania.
It was modelled after Rambo, a stud ram that lived on a local property.
The Big Merino was built near the Hume Highway in 1985. In 1992 the highway rerouted to bypass the town of Goulburn, which resulted in 40 fewer busloads of tourists visiting the Big Merino each day. On 26 May 2007, the Big Merino was moved to a location closer to the new Hume Highway to increase visitor numbers, and is now located near the freeway interchange at a service station.
Still I wonder, if stacks of coal are taller than 15m … :/
Yeah, nowdays DEs embedded customisation options cover so must of their default user-base needs that they are basically fully automatic rice cookers.
And that is how open sauce works, it develops over time according to needs, not based on boardroom needs, monetization-focused panel research, and constant UI changes just for the sake of it.
And there are still the basically provided options for even any deep ricing needs if you want to do so.
What if I wanna use a third party launcher to launch Steam games that themselves need a further third party launcher?
O … open sauce it & it will get maintained for much loner, ya greedy bastards.

Yes.
But billionaires fighting back is just issuing an order for someone professional to do so in their behalf, themselves risking basically nothing.
Middle and lower classes need to do to work, do their chores, fight stress, organise, research, maybe take a loan to pay for legal costs, etc.
Someone might say the system is rigged.
Yes, I am mostly agreeing with you, I just don’t know how much of it can be translated 1:1 to that environment.
People gave gifts to cherished figures all the time (like saints and the Church).
It seems she lied to the king & nothing bad happened (she later even got a knight hubby with a castle). And one of the brothers got an island.
Yes, Framework!
It’s great, works perfectly, and you support something (principals, ways) worth supporting!
Something what won’t lead to/support further enshitification of all the things.
(And we might even get usable RISC–V laptops fairly soon - to even further ditch megacorps.)
Why tf are countries with a suffering middle and lower classes targeting them especially?
To squeeze one more monthly subscription out of them?
To just make then skip the culture they can’t afford?
Yes, I think this is the case too, especially with this gen.
‘Sin’ is a very relative term to time (in years/decades) and religion (time & locality in prob municipalities), so maybe it wasn’t.
(It also depends how they were doing it - on one hand they could have done much the same with a statue of her, even if she wasn’t a saint yet or in fact the opposite.)
Maybe her wearing man clothes was a bigger “sin” as perceived at the time.
Religion (and “sin”) is stil just people, so politics, not even religious texts, but literally intra-people politics.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying it wasn’t shady, I’m just pointing out the possibility of it not registering on any sin level scale.
(Also both of them fought under her command.)
TIL about her brothers doing this:
Following Joan’s execution, several young women came forward claiming to be her. In 1434, Pierre and Jéan temporarily accepted Jeanne des Armoises (whose real name was Claude) as the actual Joan. Over the next six years, the brothers and their supposed sister traveled from town to town, beginning at Orléans, receiving lavish gifts from Joan’s many admirers, among them, Princess Elizabeth of Luxembourg (1390–1451), and Elisabeth von Görlitz, widow of Prince Anton of Burgundy. Then Claude made the mistake of meeting with Charles VII of France in Paris. Unable to tell him a secret Joan had told him - which proved to Charles that Joan had been sent by God to defeat the English - Claude confessed to the subterfuge, and begged the king’s forgiveness.
nVidia doesn’t really have that many successful unshits, historically speaking, do they?
But did they have any protesters saying it will negatively affect their health?
Who is to say all that data over the air isn’t causing mutations, or even explain the rise in hysteria?
