Seems Dutch. The price includes all taxes including VAT as is mandatory in Europe but still it’s very expensive.
Price seems about 3 times too high for a novelty beer from a small brewery. My guess is that this fridge photo is taken not in a shop but in a drinking establishment, such as a bar or food court.
