    Look if we can build climate control systems for giant rooms filled with 100kW slop generating heaters then pretty sure we can cool some cheese down …

      The thing about building a system that isn’t usually required is that you gonna have to spend the time finding people to do it, then wait for them to import the required hardware because there’s usually no ready stock available, and then have to spend time to install. This is why china able to adapt so fast when the heatwave come while europe suffer, it’s because china is one of the country that make and sell AC unit.

      They totally can build a climate control system and cool down their cheese, but it takes time.

        I think if governments really cared about it (maybe they care about their banks … I dunno) they’d make it happen asap, also it’s not like Italy doesn’t have manufacturing capability
