Most news sites do this, it’s actually pretty much standard practice if you don’t have the primary scoop. Not saying I agree with the practice. Sometimes sites actually do additional work and add further information, that’s useful, but mostly it’s just “as reported on by xxxxx”
There’s a difference between citing another news agency and straight up copying the entire article without any changes or credit
