Avid user as well, but things have been declining for me. The site is now plagued with AI content mixed with normal content, so you are left wading through slop. I get that they likely attract more people interested in p*rn now, given how quickly AI can churn out that content - and it shows on pixiv. To me it feels like self labeling isnt enough. I came for the art and am looking for an alternative now

I heard all the stability concerns when I first started using it. That was in 2008. It’s been my main distro ever since. Apart from 2 or 3 major changes over the years (eg, the infamous /usr/lib migration) it’s been rock solid and very up to date
