I guess I’ll go back to matrix? I wish it was a little more polished
Are there no good guys left?
I use a VPN but you might look into portmaster and their spn. Its a little slow but even using portmaster without the spn you can filter your traffic and simply deny most apps access to the internet
Just because you paid for it doesn’t mean you can’t switch to the better, free option.
Before you but anything else I’d look into thresholds of when your mic actually records. You might be able to just change a setting so the lower volume of your wife farther away just isn’t picked up.
I’d imagine you don’t voluntarily get on this registry. It’s not a gift registry
Sounds like they thought of everything
You could install Portmaster or something similar but VPN+portmaster don’t always get along as they are both fighting for dns
Correct, worked great for my needed Linux commands though
That could be part of the issue. I recently had an issue with my raid setup through mdadm on Linux and couldn’t figure out how to restore it. Forums didn’t help and none of the commands I tried got the raid to go back together. I queried GPT and had it rebuilding within 10 min.
For anyone wondering, the trick was to force a rebuild and assume clean one of the drives then add my mirror for it to rebuild/copy.
Unpopular opinion incoming: as much as i hate it… LLM is better than search engines for finding information. It’s not always correct but neither are web results.
Article 1) Streaming prices going up Article 2) websites being blocked
I’m using feeder on android and it’s working well for me. On desktop I use Firefox extension but can’t remember the name
It’s so much better than the other PDF things I’ve used. I can measure drawings, set dimensioning scale, comment, edit, all easily. I don’t know why more software doesn’t take their lead. Bluebeam is industry standard for my world and it’s way more expensive and way worse of a product. Pdfxchange users unite!
Have dimensioning and scaling on there? I have yet to find a good PDF program in Linux for working with architectural drawings. In Windows I use pdfxchange (and also through wine in Linux) but would love a native solution.
Interesting timing for this given the United healthcare CEO assassination yesterday

I’ve never had an issue with their apps but you could always just use the wireguard app instead
