I disagree. Python is not “esoteric” when making objects. The syntax is certainly easier than in Java.

We use about half of global agricultural lands for animal feed. So the nitrogen fertilizers are not needed to sustain nutrition. They are needed to sustain the meat overconsumption in wealthy countries.

We can make nitrogen fertilizers just fine with the Haber Bosch process and Hydrogen electrolysis. All you need for that is water, air and electricity.

Also crop yields are perfectly suitable to feed all of the global population without using fertilizers. It just requires farmin techniques, that are not suitable for industrial farming for profit maximising companies. On the contrary the current way of industrial farming destroys the yields as it erodes soils physically, chemically and biologically. If we continue farming like this for another century or two we will face severe global starvation.

It is all the more reason to switch both in the use of fossil fuels and the way of current agriculture sooner rather than later.

Before she was defence minister under this goverment, she was minsiter of justice under the previous government. There she demanded that all websites should hand passwords over to the police as demanded. When it was pointed out that there is no use with hashed passwords, she asked to just safe them in plain text then. Alongside where further demands for extensive backdoors, violation of encryption and automatic scanning. The infrastructure is similiar, but other countries actually enforce things like speed limits much more actively. In driving ed i learned that you need to keep at least 2seconds distance to the car in front of you, one second to react and one second to perform a similiar break maneuver like them. If your vehicle is heavier you need to increase that distance.

Whenever i drove like this the only result was people taking it as an invitation to swear in between the car in front of me and me. I want undercover cops in plain cars to just drive and record everyone violating the safe distance or takeing the space that is left as safe distance. The difference here is that children often lack a concept of sexuality, because they don’t feel sexual attraction yet. That liking someone or being attracted to someone is two different things, is something children usually learn in puberty.

But children very well understand, the social constructs we create for boys and girls, and can express whether they feel that fitting them or not.

It is normal political process in a democracy and it should be endorsed, especially for children. And there the bar is also different. A child cannot be expected to form a conscise political argument, leave alone lobby for it, what would be activism. But children have legitimate concerns that need to be heard nonetheless.
