I didn’t mean to be a jackass, I was just skimming through and yours was the second comment I saw along the same line of thought within minutes, which is why I gave a curt response. I realize now that the comments were so close together that you probably didn’t even see the first one.

All that to say - sorry for being a dick, I just wanted to highlight that OC was arguing the autotune thing, not the whole article (or the headline).

Android had a dedicated comma button… I think where the mic button is by the space bar. And on Android you could press and hold letters for punctuation, not just accented characters.

It annoys me that I can’t long press for punctuation on iPhone SwiftKey, like I could with Android. Also, no comma button.

Why is it malicious? If you get verified and then change your profile then you’re not necessarily who you were verified as. It’s designed to prevent malicious actors from deceiving people.

It’s not the first time I’ve seen a similar story where there was outrage when a blue check was removed, but the user had changed their picture or description, so it’s probably what happened.

This isn’t what capitalism promised me.
