Maybe more like fresh IT guy vs. seasoned (=old) IT guy

Here’s a problem. Schools are full of them. They are really, really good for that specific field. People only think about their private use, but education will suffer the most. Or taxpayers, because they have to pay the bill. Again.

Marketing these days: make the most horrible ad for cheap money, let every single outlet report about it.

That is peak journalism!

From a distance it looks like the American people don’t realize what’s happening and accept it because “it will be over in 4 years”. Keeping them frightened of losing their breadcrumbs also works very well.
