4·10 months agoIMO at this point WinAmp does not offer anything beyond name recognition and nostalgia. Isn’t qmmp essentially an open source version of WinAmp?
Even as nostalgia, I just tried out loading a winamp skin from the winamp skin museum someone linked further up with qmmp and it handles that just fine too. So I’ll be just using that going forward.
Oh, my trusty old Wolfplayer is on there too. Brings me back…

2·10 months agoJust double clicking on /etc/fstab opens it in the editor, I can write whatever I want and when I want to save it asks for authentication.
Anyways, what exactly do you think is the average user that can and should play around in system config files and can’t use the terminal at the same time?

Mixing green tea (like Gunpowder) with some moroccan mint (add sugar to your liking) tastest mighty fine. And the mint grows just fine in a pot on the balkony.

No one is forcing Twatter to say anything, they are forced to let someone say something.
It is a result of free speech. Although not from the American perspective, as that only relates to the government. However, over here it also means that the government has to enforce your rights against others too. And since platforms like facebook and Twatter are as big as they are… Tough luck for them to have to host someone linking to a news article they wrote.
