Perfect for those sorts of games. Previously the switch was my machine for those sorts of games, but waiting for a switch port ruled out or delayed a lot of games. So glad we have handheld PCs now.

It’s a great machine especially for playing chill indie games that you might not run on a desktop as well.

I think a global boycott on US-made goods + services is necessary. Trump can only do this because the US is such a powerhouse.

I won’t pay for YouTube almost solely because Revanced is such a better experience than YT could be. They cannot bundle in Sponsor block without an outrage.

Had Jellyseer break on me again on Truenas scale, something about a jellyfin API blah blah blah. Decided that Sonarr and Radarr are fine enough to interface with that I don’t need it and deleted the image.

Fair enough! I’ve wanted to move the in-laws family group messages away from Messenger, but the family doesn’t see the point.

Where I’m from we have an alternative website to Craigslist that has many, many more scammers and time wasters than marketplace. At least marketplace has your actual name and face tied to the account.

Not to say that those problems don’t exist on marketplace for me, just that it is the place where they are the least bad.

Probably they’ll try to bring back features that cause people to interact more publicly, like poking. No way sponsored posts and ads are going away. For me it is an unusable app, way too little organic content on there. Marketplace is great though.

Hahaha true. I’m not really there yet where they’re requesting but we usually go with Play School or Bluey with our toddler. Fortunately ABC iView has both and is free with barely any ads.

I find the paid with ads tier so confusing. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying.

55% of new Netflix signups between Oct-Dec 2024 were for the ads tier though.
