I have created my own instance. With blackjack! And hookers, err, NSFW.
I found a cheap VPS and the easy_deploy script from git, that’s how it started. And for 10 €/month I’ll keep it going with a user count of 1.
Cannot report a bug, iPad store version. Was asked which instance I’m on with login and password, so 100% fail. Basically this app does not know what federation is. Sad, it was a great app.

The point is: Oracle did not accept my credit card for unknown reasons. I wanted to pay, they refused. Ok, will spend my money at Hetzner.

So if you search for [email protected] and wait about 1-2 minutes, nothing happens? Because that was the way to connect my own instance. I still cannot subscribe (‘subscription pending’), but I assume that’s a software bug.
