I’m trying to find an easy way to redo my VMs and configs, I’ve started learning terraform to build my VMs and create a cloud init to install all necessary things. Then I think I’ll use ansible for the remaining and put back my configs.

While I’m sure this will work well, I find this is a huge amount of work. I’m hoping someone else has some good ideas / lessons learned about that.

Probably the MBA executives. They have bonuses if it works and they have bonuses if it doesn’t work and they leave their contract early. MBAs don’t understand the product-customer relationship it seems.

I love the concept too and I just hope it will catch on much more than this. To convert your compose files you could use Podlet. I’m also working on converting it to JavaScript(PodletJS) so it’s available in it-tools.

Go for Podlet though, really nice for command lines.
