Oh wow, they made it even more fuckin stupid by adding different functionality for long press vs short press.

I genuinely believe that this right here is a significant motivator for the aggressive pushing of AI in every fuckin sector. It’s ridiculous though, they’ve already proven they don’t even need plausible deniability, they just need fox news to say a thing and they’ll all believe it without question. Like video of Trump raping or even killing children would not have any effect on his base. They did not need the existence of AI to refuse to believe what they themselves have seen; they do it every day.

Fucking methane generators poisoning kids in Tennessee. Every time you use grok you give a poor child in Memphis COPD. Guess the demographic if the neighborhood they built their death center in too.

The “free market” doesn’t exist and has never existed.

This ignores that these data centers, in their short time existing, have already had measurable impacts on global climate change and emissions.

So Google and Amazon are spying for Israel.

So the shortcut that’s always been for screenshots is now for power, but only for powering it down. That makes total logical sense and isn’t inane at all.

You don’t think replacing the single most universal function of an electronic device with their ad delivering spyware is anti-consumer? Fuck bud, what would you consider anti-consumer?

Haha carcination is one of my favorite weird things that earth does. As for eyes I always appreciate the old internet bit that calls out eyes and how generally bad they are at what they do as a refutation of intelligent design. I wasn’t aware of the translation bit from virgin to young woman but that makes a lot of obvious sense. Also clearly the virgin thing was added later since one of the first mentions of Jesus is in reference to his brother’s execution if I’m not mistaken. In another comment it was mentioned about speculation that Jesus went to the east during his missing years, there’s a hilarious fiction book called Lamb by Christopher Moore that basically runs with this idea. Anyway thank you very much for throwing all this knowledge at me, I know my comments haven’t been nearly as high quality but I genuinely appreciate the conversation.

I do not have any evidence beyond that Jesus and Krishna did a bunch of the same stuff. I wonder why these actions were separately attributed to both of them, if they had no influence on one another. Both born of a virgin, both dying and resurrecting three days later, similar miracles. Now I’m curious why these similar tropes arise in different cultures and times.

Spez was the mod of a pedo sub. He’s also a white supremacist piece of dogshit.

Except a guy called (roughly translated and modernized) Jesus did exist and was associated with messianic cults and seems to have been crucified. Which wasn’t particularly uncommon, either the name, the messianic cults, or the crucifixions. Basically there’s no reason not to accept a guy that seems to be who Christianity is based on actually existed and probably said and did some of the (non miraculous, obviously) things that were written about him.

Could also be teachings of some of the other messianic cults just misattributed to Jesus, but either way he was clearly the only one that managed to maintain relevance much past their death.

Didn’t they rip off a lot of Hinduism too?

I was under the impression that historians more didn’t have any evidence to discount the existence of the guy than so much as distinct records of him, so because of Christianity it’s generally accepted a guy existed. But it’s been a while since I looked into it and my memory is kinda shit, I’m getting old.

I operate on matrix rules. Whether or not they’re bots if they’re repeating bot points they’re bots.

There’s a metric fuck ton of them here on lemmy too.

It is nazis.
There’s no way you’re referring to the stock market? Where in the world is this free market actually practiced?
