When I was in the 8th grade I tried asking what the difference was. A friend of mine at the time, who was kinda smart albeit the son of a rich dentist, summed it up by saying “Democrats want to give money to the homeless while republicans want to create jobs for the homeless”. I think a big part of it is we’re on the other side of the peak of all houses going for 100k over asking regardless of condition. A number of houses have that grey vinyl flooring installed in a bunch of rooms that’s as cheap as it is ugly.

• Another is a serial whiner who says no one else ever does anything, they have to do it all in order to get it done, yet they always have some excuse why they don’t have to come in that day, or have to leave early, take a longer lunch, and spends a good chunk of their day gossiping.

How about making them such a high percentage that it would genuinely impact their bottom line and not a measly amount calculated as “cost of doing business”
