What are the odds that this gun is used in a crime? An illegal and traceable gun, stolen from federal agents is hot and the only possible use for it is illegitimate. Will your attitude change if this gun is used to rob a store or murder a gang rival?

Cuba and China are currently 56 and 57th in the world for life expectancy. Even if there was a time where their life expectancy improved faster than the rest of the world because of socialist policies, their edge has since then disappeared.

Leftist is a relative position, so what it means changes depending on what it’s compared to. There is always a left and a right as long as there is a meaningful distinction between the two.

Being pro free speech has nothing to do with willingness to change your opinion. Rhetoric and philosophy are both contained within the free speech bubble. Also there are no ideologies that are free from the potential of stifling others free speech, which is why it needs to be vigorously protected by everyone, all the time.

Kirk’s killing is inherently more political. School shootings are a slightly different matter. I don’t think Robinson was capable of killing random people. He chose his target. It was an assassination.

Yes, just as there are those on the left who view the killing as deserved or somehow an acceptable outcome.

I read it as him saying that the shooter was unquestionably right wing, which is different than saying that the right wing is desperate to prove that it’s anyone else.
