I suppose but the other side is OEMs abandoning still functional hardware
Literally my phone just now
Not sure why everybody is upset that it’s a separate app. Google has been doing this with Android for almost a decade now in order to bring new functionality without needing to update the entire operating system.
Get a prepaid with an eSIM with AT&T/Rogers (or any of their MVNO’s) for maximum compatibility; cheapest the better. You need an eSIM compatible phone. You can verify this through the carrier’s site from your phone.
Only need the IMEI and Account number essentially
Port the number to voip.ms
Do whatever you want with that number for like pennies a year.
VoIP.ms has an SMS app for android that I know of
A way around that is to port a prepaid number to a voip service. I’ve kept old numbers that way when moving
A 49" ultrawide is just two 27" bezel-less basically. And games that support 5120 horizontal resolution look amazing.
The forced menubar becomes absurd on an ultrawide monitor. Nobody needs a 49" wide menu or task bar
I was quite surprised by that too
I just went through this the other week. I got a replacement phone identical to the one I had, and it worked for the most part. Most of the apps logged in but there’s a good few that didn’t and I had to do it manually.

I have that model… so weird.
Weird. You spent 3 days defending Firefox for an article that has nothing to do with Firefox… You just wanted to say Firefox for some weird reason…
So what does Firefox have anything to do with it then?
It’s about Chrome. Using Firefox is unrelated to the article.
Huh… So you’re not using the product the article is referring to?
I guess you’re doing it wrong then? Stop parroting memes
