Is there any firefox based browser on android where I can have easy gestures for the arrow buttons? All the firefox versions I can find require me to do this in two clicks which for the way I browse is a pain in the arse. Can I fix this somehow?

I kinda feel this is wrong. I very much think that Nicole is a stolen picture of a real person. Or even worse, it might be a harassment technique against a real person.
TIL Gizmodo is now owned by a european (Swiss-French) company: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/06/04/business/media/gizmodo-sold-keleops.html
But it wasn’t until 2022 that the right-to-repair battle reached wide public consciousness when consumers questioned why McFlurry machines were always broken at their local McDonald’s. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) made it illegal to bypass certain proprietary systems like the one that Taylor Company, the McFlurry manufacturer, used to fix the equipment.
After a repair startup filed a lawsuit challenging Taylor’s restrictive repair policies, which only allowed its repair people to fix machines, the U.S. Copyright Office announced new exceptions to the copyright law to allow third-party McFlurry repairs. Kit Walsh, a director at the nonprofit rights group Electronic Frontier Foundation, welcomed the change.
Of course it had to be about maccas. America is so weird 😂
Yup. This is 100% the case. Either it’s a stolen image simply used for scamming, either it’s a harrasment technique.
How does the I2P architecture solve the port forwarding issue. Is peer discovery easier within I2P?
Does that mean you would route your BitTorrent traffic through I2P?
Doesn’t that severely limit peer discovery to only other I2P users, since AFAIK I2P has no exit nodes / clearweb access?
as far as I can tell their CEO is a semi alt right cunt. Apart from that everythin seems pretty okay and the recent shift to nonprofit status is cool
Yeah thats been my issue. It works fine on my unprotected IP. But I don’t have the cash to spend on expensive vpns and the cheap options seem to universally be shlt for port forwarding, ie. seeding
I’m very uneducated about this stuff. How does IPV6 fix that issue?
There are ways without the dev account (faked certificate), but if you use a VPN, or update your Os, apple will blacklist your device. And you also need to have some very specific DNS settings blocking a bunch of apple domains. @[email protected] is an expert.
Man. I miss the FOSS Ios scene. I can’t believe that used to exist. Now it’s just a couple straggler apps and sideloading is a massive pain in the arse and jailbreaking is pretty much impossible.
Yeah. The headline is an editorialisation by OP, not the original headline.
That’s why they do it. A lot of people can’t afford to donate to software, so for those who can, it’s nice to make a sizeable contribution.
This is one of the best uses for LLM’s imo. They do all my regex for me.
That printer is a nightmare. But financially makes sense.
Laws are made by the ruling classes. So naturally when one of the ruling classes breaks a law, as long as it doesn’t hurt the rest of the ruling class too much, the instance is ignored
impeached yes.
convicted no.
Doesn’t work for me. I don’t have “plain” android but a specific type that’s compatible with my eink screen.
Chromium gestures work fine though.
