And I do like the layered ambiguity to whom your comment is addressed.

Sounds like you just want an snswer.
Well, I’m not a brain surgeon. So, I don’t take myself as qualified to make that risk assessment. I agree that all you said up to ‘without consent’ is a very reasonable starting point to think about it, the answer to it should be made by whomever is qualified to answer it.
As for consent, no pacirnt gives direct consent to who’s in/helping the surgery besides the head surgeon. Why do you claim its need in this case?
I don’t understand either if this is even a problem.
Have you forgotten. ‘/s’ ?
Yes!
My Xiaomi Redmi 11 keeps telling me the Calculator can’t use the network (why?) and keeps asking me to accept the privacy policy.
Also the app wallpaper - the one that changes the locked screen background image (important complex stuff /s) - also keeps asking me to accept the privacy policy.
And, as far as my reading of the policy goes, these privacy policies are just the one, it’s not a different one for each app.
PeerTube looks quite promising with its decentralised model. Surely it will never be perfect. But decentralisation is essencial. Also because the types of videos I like to see in YouTube either are monetised by themselfs in some way. Or are not monetised at all. YouTube does not seem necessary for those creators.
Don’t you get paid per views on Substack?
Why do the mods care so much? Can anyone point me to an explainer of how can mods monetize their modding? I also don’t understand why I see people here on Lemmy modding dozens of communities or looking to be mods of communities their posting history says nothing of.
Thanks for the thoughtful answer!
