I think the progression should be in folowing order: Virginia - West Virginia - North West Virginia - West North West Virginia. And so on

So just prefixing the one closer. It looks way better(silier) and actualy explains what state is this one next to.

I use it only for anime, websites like nibl.co.uk provide commands to paste. But i never used it above that scope of coppy pasting.

It would be nice to have some database of servers/chanels describing what can be found where.
