He was simply wrong for this statement. It was a half baked political opinion that did more harm than good. This is from the standpoint of an actual leader who has started businesses from the ground up.

You are just learning, and pointing out your own words is not bad faith. Your emotions get the better of you and it becomes about your ego at this point. Your lack of self reflection in this matter is unbecoming.

Your proof of your political commentary only supports my assertion that you are very technically minded. Your critique of cloud computing shows your technical understanding is profound, but does little to forward a feeling that you are politically minded. We all know problems exist. We all know speech has consequences. A leader, particularly in business, has a special fiduciary responsibility to their business. If they choose to expose themselves as politically ignorant and supporting positions that are indefensible the consequences are they will lose business. This is all I am pointing out.

As a person who was seriously considered switching to Proton this just reminds me of why I should not. It is clear no matter what corner of the Internet we run to as long as it is into the open arm of corporations it is a mistake.

This was my thoughts all along. By condemning the genocide they would have lost more votes than gained. It sucks that politicians have to choose votes over morality (the ones that actually have morality). The system is definitely broken.

For real, name another thousands of years old book people try to apply to modern life everyday. It is definitely on the level of mental illness to do this.

It is also a giant catch-22. If you go to church every weekend and believe in God with all your heart you can’t go and tell your congregation that God speaks to you. Even they will know you are crazy. It isn’t real and everyone except the truly crazy know this in their hearts.

People can congregate, create community, and love each other without an imaginary sky daddy telling them to. Morality comes from our social contract with each other not a dusty old book. It is and always will be about social control dictated by man, not God.
