They enforce plenty of draconian shit just fine, I think they can find a way.
That’s the entirety of this thread, that if companies are being reimbursed, then people should also be reimbursed.
And the company should be legally held responsible go reimbursing its customers.
Everybody involved should be at 0 tarrifs. Why should Nintendo be +1 and all their customers be -1?
There’s records of customers buying products at inflated costs due to the tariffs as well. They absolutely can refund people if they get a refund.
The company paid for it initially, but the customer actually paid for it.

10·7 days agoOver the last 15 years, I went from Mac, to Windows, to Linux. I’m still finding old .DS_Store files and deleting them.
There’s a skills shortage because nobody can afford to get a degree, largely in part because of the policies bushed by the people behind these data centers… But yeah, keep simping for them.
That can help with part one of my question. What about part two? You don’t need hundreds or thousands of people to run a data center.
I don’t believe that’s possible with AI data centers.
What guarantees are there that they will use local labor? And when its built, what then?

They absolutely had the capability of precise marksmanship at the time the constitution was written. Repeating rifles were not a foreign concept either. They weren’t common yet, but there was no reason for them to believe the technology wouldn’t be improved.
