if obesity is caused by hormonal or glandular issues, there’s literally nothing the obese person can do to alleviate the situation.

“Literally nothing they can do”, except you know, eat less or exercise more? Its not fair for sure, some have it easier than others but its still “energy in” vs “energy out”
