And in this case the murderer was much larger than the person striking her and she started the fight. This wasn’t a fight between a large man and a dainty transwoman. The murderer is 7+ inches taller than the average adult American AMAB.
There never was the need for a knife at all
this case for sure. but thats the point about initiation of “self defense.” you lose the choice after you make it go that far. tip: don’t fight.
In this case the transwoman was the instigator of the fight and was 100% in the wrong at every step.
