Reuters reports that around 100 people made it into the construction site, with some scaling a crane to place a “fuck AI” banner. Protesters also unfurled a “Microsoft powers genocide” banner on the construction site, and chanted “Microsoft has got to go” and “free Palestine.”
That’s not the best way to do it.
Let them build > Nationalize the shit
AI datacenters are not like the regular datacenters this message went through to reach you.
There wouldn’t be much point in nationalizing it unless if it was to sell the parts and rent the place as a warehouse (or convert it to affordable housing).
