What’s disgusting about asking if shorts under skirts are optional and suggest that some woman may have a kink? It’s not a generalization to suggest that someone may be into it. There’s a lot of, what I would consider, extreme kinks out there, so someone being into running the risk that some perv would upskirt them is pretty mild. Further, the vast majority of the time, women don’t wear shorts under their skirts, so it would be normal to not wear them here.
