The font size of post description irks me as it is smaller than what I have set for comments. I want it to be of the same size as comments or slightly larger.
Try changing this setting:
Settings shortcut: View type > Selftext font
I think the setting only shows up if you are using Slides or Cards View, so if you are using something different, you may need to temporarily change your view type and change the font size, then switch back to your original view type.
It is amazing this feature works here as well.

You just tap on the setting from the comment and it takes you straight to it within the Sync for Lemmy app.

When you’re in the Sync for Lemmy Settings, just long press on the setting that you want to copy, and it gets copied to the clipboard, and then just paste it in the comment.

If I understand it correctly, you go to Settings > View Type and in Fonts and Sizing you choose either “Self Text size” or “Description Size” (I don’t remember which one of the two), so you can set a larger font for the text in posts.
If that doesn’t change it then I’d suggest report as a bug mayhaps? It worked for me at least, hopefullly it does for you too!
Edit: “Description font” os for the one where the user and instance appears (e.g. (@)name(@)name.lemmy.com), you’d have to increase the one called “self text” font.
