Windows 11 26H2 is actually a bit better with this anyway… it hangs on to updates that need reboots (instead of installing them straight away), so you only have to do an update-reboot once a month.

I think you can pause updates for longer as well. It might even be indefinitely but I’ve never bothered to look into it.
