minus-squarePonyOfWar@pawb.socialOPlinkfedilinkarrow-up0·6 days agoI think it’s because Lemmy tries to merge the posts. When I look on Sopuli, I can initially only see the duplicate post, but when extending it it shows mine as a “cross post”.

I didn’t see this one when I posted it. Maybe just something with federating between sopuli.xyz and pawb.social / midwest.social? Edit: Both posts show in my app (Boost) This comment also doesn’t show up on the pawb post yet, so probably midwest <-> pawb federation.

It’s just a UI thing on the default UI, but I think it has been there for a couple months at least.
