It’s not illegal to make a firearm for personal use, even if you could 3d print one completely.

Know you’re local laws. It IS illegal to 3d print guns in NY amd CA already.
California it is illegal, but NY is not.
NY requires a FFL or gunsmith license
California you can only make 3 a per year without a FFL license.
And that’s why everyone needs to know their local laws!
