About a few weeks ago I noticed that someone has been posting exe and zipx as normal shows in nyaa. For example Slow horses and Reacher. They post it a day before the release date so Sonarr picks it up.

That’s kinda funny actually. Sonarr is like “here you go!” and Jellyfin is like “wtf is this”
Even sonarr import would fail if its not a mkv file or something wont it?
The import fails, but the files has to be manually removed from Sonarr, it stops the download of the actual episodes.

Right, the files downloaded by qbit has to be manually deleted but if import fails (doesn’t move or create link in library folder) then jellyfin will not see it. It does show manual input required so at least it notifies you but yeah, can’t automate deletion within sonarr itself. I had this issue only twice on ext and the exe does nothing on linux with good permissions anyway so didn’t see a need to handle it but would be a nice security feature for microslop users.
